DEAR PROSPECTIVE BECK OWNER,
You may, or may not, at this time know exactly which product is of most interest. That uncertainty is common, and we are here to assist.
In General Terms:
The BECK SPYDER®is a light and agile mid-engine car that can best be described as a 4 wheeled motorcycle. A no frills exciting ride. Take her out on a clear day and have a ball. The options for this product are primarily aimed at increasing the detail and owner satisfaction. It is available in the traditional air cooled engine, or Subaru watercooled version.
The BECK SPEEDSTER®, by comparison is a more civilized, possibly daily cruiser. It can be fitted with many options and creature comforts including A/C, a sound system and much more. Take your BECK SPEEDSTER® and a weekend's worth of supplies and travel to your favorite getaway, or just drive it as a second car for fun and enjoyment. Available air or water cooled.
The BECK GTS - pure adrenaline pumping 6 cylinder powered, mid-engined coupe capable of 0 to 60 in 4 seconds. Can be somewhat civilized inside, but is primarily a very special product, for a very decerning clientele.
LEVELS OF COMPLETION:
We offer 3 levels of completion for the BECK SPEEDSTER® and BECK Spyder®. They are referred to here as a DELUXE BODY PACKAGE (DBP), a ROLLER PACKAGE, and all of our products are available TURN-KEY. The BECK GTS is available as a ROLLER, less engine and gearbox, or completed to your specifications with any displacement air-cooled flat 6.
You will find a detailed description of the DBP and ROLLER packages on the Menu Bar to the left.

THE ALL NEW SUPER COUPE
Firstly, ask yourself:
Do I want a product built on a 40 year old platform, with used or reconditioned parts that may look pretty nice -OR-
Do I want a hand built, hand laminated, mounted on a well engineered, modern 3" round tubular chassis, custom built sports car?
We believe we already know your answer....... so please, continue to research our BECK product line. We are always just a phone call away to assist.
Beck products are hand built in a clean, modern facility by professionals with more than 35 years in the specialty automotive industry. Each BECK is constructed using the highest quality materials available. We take pride in creating your BECK.
The process begins right here with our exclusive hand lamination procedure. Our team of professional prep and paint personnel, as well as our in-house upholstery department provide the exterior color and the interior appointments.
Our world class fit and finish have made us an industry leader since the early 1980's.
The BECK Speedster® and BECK Spyder® are built using a 3" DOM tubular chassis.
Several IMPORTANT benefits are derived from incorporating a "purpose built" chassis into every BECK product. These include:
Providing more spacious foot well areas (not possible with bellypan construction).
Exceptional torsional rigidity which provides superior handling.
A smoother, quieter driving experience with an exceptionally solid, rattle-free feel.
Our "State-of-the-Art" paint facility is staffed by a professional prep and painting team with years of experience in providing a high gloss, dust free finish.
Quality Control Check on Raw Body
A word about longevity. We are often asked about the propensity of fiberglass products to crack, warp and "paint check" with age. We HAND LAMINATE.
Unlike the cheaper, quicker method of constructing a body with a "chopper gun" that applies more resin (the component that shrinks, cracks, etc.) than actual fiberglass material, and even that fiberglass material that a gun does apply is a pile of 4" long strands, landing in a random pattern of often uneven thicknesses across the product. This encourages the product to shrink, warp, crack, etc.
Hand lamination is done using sheets of material, both mat (random length fibers, held in sheet form), AND an actual fiberglass cloth as the final layer, providing a uniform thickness across the entire part. We use special tools to remove excess resin which allows a much higher fiberglass to resin ratio than is possible with a "chopper gun".
This simply translates into superior strength, resistance to shrinkage and cracking, and a product that will remain as smooth and beautiful 20 years from now as it does on day one.
Our products have often been referred to as "Modern Classics".
